Dr. Ken Abraham, a retired research scientist with over three decades at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, will talk about the winter waterfowl we see in this area.
Ken’s research interest is birds and their ecological relationships, especially waterfowl and water birds. He remains active in waterfowl conservation science including as a Board member of the Arctic Goose Joint Venture, Trumpeter Swan Conservation Ontario, and The Trumpeter Swan Society. He has published over 100 research papers.
A photo sharing opportunity will follow the presentation by Dr. Abraham.
